Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At Surfy, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed T-shirts straight to your doorstep. Since all our products are printed on demand, each order is uniquely made for you. This means processing and shipping times may vary, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.


2. Processing Time

All of our products are made to order, which means we start printing only after your order is placed. Processing times include:

  • Order Verification & Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Printing & Quality Check: 3-5 business days
  • Packaging & Dispatch: 1-3 business days

Total processing time before shipping: 1-5 business days

Note: During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Time & Methods

Shipping times are based on your location and the chosen shipping method at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country])

  • Standard Shipping (4-10 business days): Free for orders above [20] or charged at a flat rate of [80/- per item].
  • Express Shipping (3-5 business days): Available at an additional charge.

International Shipping

  • No International Shipping at present is offered

Important Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.


4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over [599/-] within India.
  • Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package using the provided tracking link.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 15 business days, please contact us at surfytees@gmail.com with your order number.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

  • Carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact surfytees@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, and the order is returned to us:

  • Customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.


8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at surfytees@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delayed due to shipping carrier issues.
